Yoga Class Guidelines

For Monthly Bookings – 1 Session Per Week

Welcome to your mat. To honour your practice and nurture the shared space we’re creating, here are a few gentle guidelines:

1.⁠ ⁠Monthly Rhythm

Your monthly booking holds a dedicated space for you — same day, same time, each week.

This rhythm supports consistency in your practice and creates a steady group energy.

2.⁠ ⁠Missed Sessions

As there is only one session per week, missed classes cannot be made up.

Your spot is lovingly held whether or not you attend, and this helps keep the container strong for all.

3.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment

Monthly spaces are limited and confirmed with full upfront payment.

Once booked, your space is reserved and is non-refundable and non-transferable for that month.

4.⁠ ⁠Drop-In Guests

Drop-ins are warmly welcomed as availability allows.

Please reach out in advance to check if there is space for that week’s session.

5.⁠ ⁠Teacher Cancellations

In the rare case that class is cancelled by the teacher, a make-up session or class credit will be offered with love.

6.⁠ ⁠Honouring Your Body

Please listen to your body and move in a way that supports your unique needs.

Share any injuries or concerns before class so we can hold your practice safely.

7.⁠ ⁠Sacred Space Etiquette

Arrive a few minutes early to ground yourself.

Kindly silence your phone, respect others’ space, and come as you are — this is your time.
